Please follow the steps below.
1. Clear the registration information on your current computer.
On the Main Window, tap on the option [Help] and click [View License Code]. Then press "Ctrl+Alt+R"(For Win) or "Control+Option+R" (For Mac)on the keyboard to clear the registration information.

2. Get the terminal code.
There are 2 methods you can find your terminal code.
① Press "Ctrl+Alt+Q"(For Win) or "Control+Option+Q"(For Mac) on the keyboard.
② Tap on the option [Register] on the Start Page. Select [I need to download the Verification file] and click [View Steps].

Then you can see the terminal code on the pop-up window.

3. Contact our support team by submitting a ticket.
On the Start Page, click [Submit a Ticket] to open a new page. Please include the terminal code and order ID in the ticket.

Our support team will help you reset the license code and reply to you within 24 hours. After that, you can apply your license code on another device.
