Here are 5 steps to apply GPL Ghostscript as the render engine of your book.
Step 1: Download GPL Ghostscript (32bit) #
Click “ Please Download GPL Ghostscript (32bit)” and download the GPL.

Step 2: Install GPL Ghostscript (32bit) #
Install Ghostscript (32bit), and copy the path of installing it.
e.g. C:Program Files (x86)gsgs9.54.0
Tick [Generate cidfmap for Windows CJK TrueType fonts] before clicking [Finsih].
Step 3:Add Ghostscript’s installation path to the system’s PATH environment variable #
Add Ghostscript’s installation path (typically “C:Program Filesgsgs9.XX”) to your computer system’s PATH environment variable to enable Ghostscript to run from any directory.
Open the [Control Panel] of your computer -> [System and Security] -> [System] -> [Advanced system settings] -> [Environment Variables] -> select the path variable under the System variables window and click [Edit] -> add the Ghostscript installation path to it -> [OK]
Step 4. Check If GhostScript Is Installed Successfully #
Open the Command Prompt and enter “gswin64“. If installed correctly, it will display the Ghostscript version information.
Step 5: Add GPL Ghostscript (32bit) installing path in the program #
1. Click [Browse] to open a folder.
2. Paste the path copied in the last step and press [Enter].
3. Choose the [bin] folder
4. Click [Open Folder].
5. Finally, you can apply GPL Ghostscript as the render engine of your book.
Note: If the TEXT-HD engine or GPL Ghostscript still fails to convert files after adding the path, restart your computer and try again.
