To solve this problem, you can change the render engine to GPL. The steps are as follow:
Step 1: Download and install GRL Ghostscript first. #
Step 2: Restart the program. #
Step 3: In the Import PDF panel, click [Render Engine]> select [GRL Ghostscript] as the render engine. #
