How to Fix Software and File Opening Issues?

If you encounter issues like being unable to open/save projects, unable to launch the software, or unable to activate the program. Below are some simple solutions you can try:

For Windows #

Administrator Account #

Standard User Account #

Change Temp Directory: change the software’s temporary directory to a non-system drive.

On the Flip PDF Plus/Pro/Corporate uploading interface, click [Preferences] at the bottom -> click [Jelajahi] to change to a non-system drive -> [Mengonfirmasi]

Reinstallation and Cache Clearing #

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try the following:

Reinstall the Program:

  • Uninstall your current version
  • Download and reinstall the latest version from the official website.

Delete Cache Directory : After reinstallation, you’ll need to delete the program’s cache directory. This helps ensure no corrupted files are causing the problem.

Restart the Program: Once completed, attempt to run the program again.

For macOS #
